"It’s kind of hard to describe..."
It’s kind of hard to describe, but the wine selection just felt limited to me. I was hoping for a few more options to choose from.

"Really helpful, really quick support"
I had a quick question about my order and they got back to me fast, fast. Everything was nice and simple, no messing around or making it complicated. really helpful support and I’d definitely use them again.

"Pretty decent wine for the price"
I ordered a few bottles and overall they were good. One of the reds actually surprised me a bit, it was smoother and fresher than I expected. A couple were just okay, nothing special, but none of them tasted cheap or bad. For what I paid, I’m happy with it and I’d probably order again.

"So, the wine was packed pretty..."
So, the wine was packed well overall... the bottles were totally safe. The outer box had a small dent when it showed up, but nothing broke or leaked, so yeah, I’m happy enough with it.

"Some okay wines, but the prices sort of vary"
I poked around internationalwineshop.com and found a few bottles that seemed reasonable, especially compared with what I usually see at a shop near me.

That said, a couple of them didn’t feel like such a great deal once shipping got added in. So, I guess it kind of depends on what you’re getting and maybe where it’s going.
Overall, it wasn’t bad or anything, but I wouldn’t assume everything is the cheapest there. I’d probably do a quick price check somewhere else before ordering again

"Arrived on time, but instructions could be clearer"
My order showed up right on time and everything was packed well. Tracking worked fine too, so no issues there. I just wish the instructions included were a little clearer, but overall it was a smooth experience.
